You can't miss @tansen_izakaya. The exterior looks like something that was uprooted from Osaka's Dotonbori. Inside - it's an ode to Tsukiji, Tokyo's famous fish market.
Food-wise, slightly different from Butaya. You'll find more seafood options. Booze-wise, it's like Butaya ie - well-priced and options are a-plenty. They have Suntory and Sapporo on tap omgwtfbbq!!!!
OMG ONE MORE THING - HEATED JAPANESE TOILET SEATS THAT ACTUALLY WORKED. THE MOMENT MY BUTT TOUCHED THE SEAT IT INSTANTLY DIED AND WENT TO TOILET HEAVEN.
